1. Bullet How long will my glow sticks last?

Our glow sticks are specially formulated to last all night and then some.  The average glow stick will last up to 36hrs. after activation.


  1. When should I start making my costume?

With our specially formulated glow sticks you have all day to make your costume.  Take your time to make the very best creation you can dream up. When you are ready to hit the town, your costume will still be glowing.  Your costume may even be glowing when you wake up!


  1. How many costumes can I make from one kit?

One Body / Mask Kit can make 1 mask & 2 body types.  Of course you can make as many costumes as you like, by changing the design and replacing glow sticks. The possibilities are truly endless.  One Mask Kit will make 1 mask at a time.


  1. How safe are glow sticks?

Glow sticks are non-toxic and completely safe when handled correctly. We do not recommend over bending in one place, as with any glow stick product this will cause cracks in the plastic wall.  Take a look at our instruction video section to see the best way to handle and activate glow sticks.


  1. What are glow sticks made of, and how do they work?

The chemicals used to create this reaction in glow sticks are usually hydrogen peroxide and a mixture of phenyl oxalate ester and the fluorescent dye that gives the glow stick its color. The hydrogen peroxide is contained in a small glass tube that floats within the mixture inside the plastic glow stick. This is why you must bend a glow stick to make it start glowing. When the stick bends, the glass vial breaks, the hydrogen peroxide is released, the chemical reaction begins and you get the distinctive glow. We have gone one step further and enhanced the color of the plastic tube to give you the best possible color imaginable.


  1. What age group are glow stick products recommended for?
    We recommend glow sticks for any age group from 5 yrs to 80 yrs. (they are safe for 3+). As long as care is taken and adult supervision when necessary, fun can be had for everyone.  You can create simple mask and body designs or complex creations--from basic doggy masks, flower costumes or detailed Dragons & Creatures...all in 3D.

  2. Bullet How easy is it to make costumes with your kits?

You will be surprised how easy it is to make your first glow stick costume.  Follow the basic instructions to make your first simple mask, then once you have the basic structure down pat you can advance to more complex designs.  Follow the detailed instruction video and then use your own imagination to create anything you imagine.
